Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Cowley House Flat 2 is situated on one of the most picture-perfect and centrally located streets in the vibrant market town of Cirencester. Known for being a foodie's paradise, the area is bursting with popular eateries including The Fleece, The Golden Cross and Sam & Jak’s restaurant. The stunning Church of St John the Baptist, with its breathtaking medieval architecture, dominates the town square and the array of stunning green parks scattered throughout make for wonderful exploring... perfect for dog friendly holidays. Of course, not to be missed, are the town's world-famous Roman ruins harking back to its past as 'Corinium Dobunnorum', the second largest town in Roman Britain. The town's fascinating past is well documented in the Corinium Museum.
For your shopping essentials, there are a number of supermarkets and independent retailers in Cirencester.
Cirencester is affectionately known by some as the 'Capital of the Cotswolds', occupying an enviable central location in the region. The honeypot destinations of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Tetbury and Cheltenham are easily accessible for days out.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) 
  • Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are feathered however hypoallergenic can be requested)
  • 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

  • There are steep stairs to access the flat which are old and uneven

  • Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
