Piggy in the Middle is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps four guests, in two well-appointed bedrooms, with two bathrooms. This first floor apartment has a stylish open plan sitting/dining room which flows through to the breakfast bar and kitchen. Access out to the lawn area and shared courtyard can be found via the second bedroom; a space to enjoy all year round. Indoors there is a comfy sitting room and lovely features throughout including exposed stone and homage to the piggy name. Piggy in the Middle is a pet friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs.
Piggy in the Middle can be booked either on its own, or with Topside which sleeps four guests. Located just above, the two together offer an ideal setup for larger groups.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Moreton-in-Marsh sits in the heart of the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much-loved towns and villages of Winchcombe, Chipping Campden, Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway and Blockley.

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- Free on street parking is available, however, please note there is a 2 hour time limit in the High Street
- Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them

- Piggy in the Middle has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
- Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
- Please be aware that Moreton-in-Marsh receives a funfair in town twice a year, in March and September. There might be more noise than usual during this time and parking can also be affected
A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
